Emergency vets are for emergencies..pissing outside the box isn't a dire emergency. If your cat got its leg chopped off, that's an emergency you won't wait long for.... have you changed what type of liter you use? Food? New cat? Loss of cat? I know you already took your cat to the vet for possible UTI..and that came back negative. If Kidney stones, and not too large there is food that will help dissolve them. If stones are too large surgery will be required to remove them. If blood work and urine analysis comes back all good.. then its a behavioral issue as to why your cat is pissing outside the box.

I hope ebony gets better! My orange tabby Chewie had the same issue about a month ago. Did some panels and he had a UTI. He was on medicine and got better but a week later he kept peeing outside of the litter box. I got him a bigger litter box so now he has two and I took the cover off because he’s a bit of a fatass. He’s all better now 🙏🏻🙌🏻
